NEW - Vibe Power
Launched in 2013, Vibe Power brings a new lease of life to studios across the UK: a freestyle resistance class with the focus on strength and power – low reps with high resistance.
It is predominantly a barbell based class but many aspects of equipment training can be utilised. This class gets participants results FAST and feels great too!
Vibe Cycling
Don’t Just Ride…Feel the Vibe!
Vibe Cycling is a a great fun workout. Indoor cycling with disco vibes and lights – come along and try it, everyone can ride a bike – you will be in total control of your own resistance level so can choose your level of workout.
Vibe Cycling with Katie is a fantastic way of getting fit, burning plenty of calories and having a lot of fun as well.
Ab and Butt Attack
Pure toning for problem areas such as tummies, bums and thighs.
Techniques are designed and structured to help burn calories and sculpt and tone these key
muscle groups.
We can guarantee that you will really feel the difference after each class.
Cardio Kickboxing
Interval pad work taken from Tae Kwon Do to improve stamina, fitness and toning.
Combinations to give you ultimate calorie burning and body conditioning. No two classes are the same due to such a variety of techniques to master.
Classes run Monday evenings and Thursday mornings.
Circuits
Variation of stations focusing individually on cardio, endurance and conditioning. Each week is different but always gives you a full body workout.
Stations include workouts for specific muscle groups such as arms, legs and abs and cardio stations to ensure calorie burn and aerobic fitness.

Stretch and Tone
Stretch and Tone is an innovative low impact class focusing on core stability and flexibility leaving you full of vitality.
Stretch and Tone classes at ESA utilise mats, kettlebells, resistance bands and great music to provide a fun and productive workout
Body Conditioning
An all-over body workout that will tone up your muscles as well as working your heart and lungs.
Katie will support and encourage you through a workout involving bodyweight exercises, kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls and resistance bands.
